This poster is trying to get you to attend the Night of the Living Outfits event by using a creepy effect by using the theory of zombies and the undead as an attention grabber.

The color theory being used is a green and red color scheme, which are complementary colors.

I believe this poster was made in the 1970's because of the art, font, and the hair of the biggest girl shown of the poster.
